You will need 2 fresh green salads, 1 large onion, 2 carrots, half a celery and 1 large lemon.
Wash the onions, carrots and celery, cut into cubes and boil.
Wash lettuce leaf by leaf to remove traces of soil and insects and snails. These are added on top of vegetables when they are boiled, chopped, or torn by hand. When it boils again, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, turn off the heat and serve the soup.
