So that you don’t have to buy store-bought dough, here’s how to make puffy pizza dough using yeast.
– 500 grams of wheat flour
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 3 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 bag of dry yeast
– 330 milliliters of warm water
– 1/5 cup extra virgin olive oil.
Mix the ingredients by hand and knead a little.
Leave the dough in a warm place for half an hour.
Then add 1/5 cup extra virgin olive oil and knead until the dough absorbs the oil.
Ferment for another 30 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Divide the dough into portions, roll out each piece well with a rolling pin to form large circles, and arrange on a baking tray lined with a baking sheet.
Garnish with tomato juice, mozzarella, basil, mushrooms, corn, red bell pepper, onion rings, or any other toppings of your choice.
Place the pizza in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
