Boeuf salad, one of the dishes that we can hardly stand on vacation, is prepared in several ways. Over time, culinary masters have developed several recipes.
Boeuf salad, also made in Russia but named “Olivier” or “Winter Salad”, is rich in vegetables combined with meat. Many housewives commonly opt for chicken, but boeuf salads can also be made with beef or turkey, and in the next row, we share three of her recipes that will surprise your loved ones.

This type of salad requires several ingredients: oil (no more than 3 or 4 tablespoons), 3 or 4 tablespoons of mustard, 2 boiled eggs, 1 raw yolk, boiled chicken breast.
Add to these 300 grams of parsley root, 500 grams of boiled carrots, 500 grams of boiled potatoes, 2-3 pickled cucumbers or donuts, 100 grams of olives and canned peas.
With all this in place, it’s time to get down to business. Start by dicing carrots, cucumbers and donuts. At the same time, you can also cut it into other shapes if you want to decorate the salad as beautifully as possible at the end.
After that, the chicken breast is also cut into small pieces, so be careful not to bake it with the skin on. Once all of these instructions have been fulfilled, you can place all the cuts, including the peas, in a bowl and proceed to prepare the mayonnaise.
Mayonnaise is made by mixing raw egg yolk with mustard and oil. Gradually add oil and mustard. When ready, add mayonnaise to all the cut ingredients and mix everything together.
The next step is to put the salad in a bowl and shape it to your liking, rectangular or round.Then you can proceed to decorating, put the salad in the refrigerator and serve any time you like.

This recipe requires: 2 rounds of cooked veal rissole, about 2-3 carrots, 2 bunches of parsley, 1-2 bunches of celery, 4-3 boiled potatoes, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic. 3-4 potatoes.
For mayonnaise, this beef salad requires 2 teaspoons of mustard, 2 raw and 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200 milliliters of sunflower oil. Garnish salads with: pickled donuts, olives, pickled cucumbers, boiled egg whites, dill or parsley leaves.
Boil the beef, cool and cut into cubes. Similarly, vegetables should also be boiled and then cooled, cut into cubes or vertically and decorated. Among the boiled vegetables should be peas.
If you have prepared mayonnaise according to the previous recipe, you can also add a little lemon juice to it. Mix everything again and then pour the contents over the vegetables and beef. The final step is to put everything in a bowl and decorate it to your liking.
turkey breast beef salad
Boeuf salad with turkey breast has almost the same ingredients, but the preparation and taste are different.
For this recipe you will need: 1 or 2 turkey breasts, 700 grams, 2 green onions, 1 celery, small canned peas, 1 parsley root, 4 or 5 carrots, 4 boiled potatoes. 1, a small jar of pickles, salt and pepper, 150 grams of cream, 2 raw yolks, 1 boiled yolk, 800 milliliters of oil, 2 tablespoons of mustard.
As in the previous recipe, meat and vegetables must be boiled and cut. But this time, you can strain the meat and vegetable broth into a bowl and put noodles or, if you like, semolina dumplings.
Adding a little boiled potato to the mayonnaise will give a more uniform texture. Next, mix the vegetables and meat together, season with salt and pepper, add fresh cream and mayonnaise, and mix again. Finally, decorate as desired and store in the refrigerator.
