Creamy garlic eggplant salad recipe how to make
Baba ganoush is similar to hummus, but grilled or fried eggplant is used instead of chickpeas.
400 grams of boiled eggplant pulp
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons grated sesame seeds
2-3 teaspoons garlic mayonnaise
50ml olive oil
Method of preparation:
Add lemon juice over the eggplant and drain through a sieve for about 15 minutes. Finely chop the eggplant with a wooden spoon. Put them in the refrigerator and let them cool for 30 minutes.
Remove any leftover juice from the refrigerator. Put the pulp in a bowl, add salt and pepper. It mixes very well. Next, add ground sesame seeds, spoon by spoon.
